Alejandro Piedras Padilla was standing with an acquaintance on the 13900 bock of Richmond Highway when he wrapped his arms around the other man's neck and sodomized him Saturday, Oct. 7, Prince William County police said.
"At some point during the encounter, the victim was able to separate from the accused and fled the residence," police said.
Officers in the area at the time were flagged down shortly after the encounter. The victim was taken to an area hospital where his injuries were deemed non-life threatening.
Following the investigation, Piedras Padilla was arrested and charged with one count of strangulation and two counts of forcible sodomy. He was being held without bond.
